Mozaic Capital Advisors Continues Growth with Three Recent Hires
Boston, February 02, 2023 – Mozaic Capital Advisors, one of the industry’s leading secondary advisory firms, is pleased to announce the hire of three vice presidents – Stephen Emery, Charlene Sanna and David Wilson. Stephen, Charlene and David bring complementary investment, capital advisory and operational expertise that will help Mozaic continue the delivery of customized liquidity solutions to its clients.
Stephen brings 10 years of experience working on the investment teams of two institutional investment managers. He has significant experience transacting across a broad spectrum of asset classes, liquidity needs, sectors and regions. Most recently, Stephen was a Senior Trader at Man Group PLC, where he advised on fund launches and fund restructurings on portfolios of $50 million to $1+ billion. Prior to his role at Man Group, Stephen was an Associate on the Portfolio Management team of Arrowstreet Capital Limited Partnership. Stephen holds a B.S. in Economics-Finance from Bentley University, is a CFA Charterholder, and has a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
Charlene has more than 14 years of private investment operations experience. Her most recent role was as a Principal for The Baupost Group, where she implemented and oversaw data and documentation workflows relating to trading activity, cash management, class action filings and regulatory initiatives. Charlene holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and Policy from Clarkson University.
David brings over eight years of investment banking and capital advisory experience. Prior to joining Mozaic Capital, David was a Vice President at Greenhill & Co in San Francisco, advising clients on a broad range of M&A, restructuring and capital advisory transactions in the United States and internationally. Prior to Greenhill, David was an Associate at Jefferies in San Francisco and an Associate at Flagstaff Partners in Melbourne, Australia. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Degree with Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
