Monument Group Continues Asia Team Expansion with Addition of Kay Sano

TOKYO, 7 February 2018 – Monument Group, a leading independent global private fund placement agent, announced today the hiring of Ms. Keiko (Kay) Sano. Kay has joined Monument Group as a representative director in the firm’s Tokyo office.

Kay was previously with Bain Capital Private Equity in Tokyo, where she was Vice President, Investor Relations and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain, she was a Principal at Tokio Marine Capital responsible for global fundraising and investor relations. Previously, she had been a managing partner at Cross-Border Communications, a boutique investor relations firm based in Tokyo, where she provided shareholder research and global IR services to listed Japanese companies.

Kay received a Bachelor of Laws degree in International Legal Studies from Sophia University in Japan.
