Monument Group Advises Long Ridge Equity Partners on Oversubscribed Fund IV at $730 Million
Monument Group, a leading independent global capital advisory firm, announced today that it has advised Long Ridge Equity Partners (“Long Ridge”), a leading private equity firm focused on growth companies in the financial and business technology sectors, on the successful raising of Long Ridge Equity Partners Fund IV (the “Fund” or “Fund IV”). The oversubscribed Fund had a first and final close at $730 million of total commitments.
After three months of fundraising, the significantly oversubscribed fund held a single close at its hard cap of $650 million of Limited Partner commitments plus an additional $80 million of commitments from the General Partner and the firm’s network of executives and advisors.
Consistent with its predecessor funds, Fund IV will target majority and significant minority investments in high-growth financial and business technology firms led by exceptional management teams.
“We saw strong interest for Fund IV,” said Mike Miller, Managing Partner at Monument Group. “This demand, particularly amid a challenging environment, is a great testament to the Long Ridge team’s approach and to the results they consistently deliver to their investors. We were proud to advise Long Ridge on the raising of Fund IV and wish them continued success.”
New and returning investors in Fund IV include leading endowments, foundations, public pensions, asset managers, insurance companies, wealth managers, and family offices. 100% of the institutional investors in Long Ridge Equity Partners III returned as investors in Fund IV.
